The client asked us to redesign their already beautiful bar to be more functional. The pre-existing bar was a shallow 15 inches. They wanted to fit appliances under the counter and cabinet doors to the upper shelves to minimize dust on the glassware. We extended the bar roughly 10 inches to fit two sets of refrigerator drawers, and an icemaker. This required a new metal collar surrounding the bar and a new countertop. Taking advantage of this new depth, we added up-lit liquor shelves. The cabinet pulls are completely custom to match the existing pulls which were discontinued.
